Farver
Vi bestræber os meget på at vise produkternes farver på Roclan, så naturligt som muligt. Da der imidlertid er forskel på computeres monitors, kan vi ikke garantere, at din monitor viser farverne med fuldstændig nøjagtighed.
Reklamation:
Alle Roclan varer som sælges er af høj kvalitet og er kvalitetskontrolleret for fejl og mangler, inden de bliver sendt af sted til dig. I sjældne tilfælde af en evt. fejl eller mangel har man som dansk forbruger 2 års reklamationsret, hvilket betyder, at du enten kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene tilbage eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Order confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
All orders are confirmed automatically (via email) and on working days an order confirmation will be sent to you within no longer than 8 hours, unless there are some difficulties with delivering the order (sold out articles/out of stock, for instance)
Payment
Payment can be made with the following credit cards only:
eDankort, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa & Paypal.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Roclan, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Roclan, take all reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Quickpay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment (tested and approved by Nets & Euroline). To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Roclan, uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
When you pay an order by credit card, you give Roclan, the right to deduct the amount from your account when your order is shipped. If the entire order is not in stock, you will only pay for the goods that are shipped, and you will be noticed of this in advance; the remaining will be paid for when shipped. Should the goods be sold out the order will be cancelled.
If we are unable to supply the entire order, we may reduce your payment to a new subtotal. However, we are unable to increase the payable amount within the same order, should you want to add one or more items. This must be done through a new separate order.
Prices
All prices in Roclan are subject to 25% Danish VAT which can not be deducted from the selling price. At Roclan you can choose between 3 currencies: DKK, Euro or Dollars.
This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Roclan therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Domestic orders (Denmark)
Generally the order will be shipped the same day payment is received. If special orders are included in your order, the order will be sent when all is ready, unless another arrangement has been made. Domestic orders will be shipped as registered mail though GLS which requires a signature when received. All orders can be tracked through Track&Trace.
International orders
We ship as soon as your credit card payment is accepted. All international orders are sent by courier service, UPS, to your home and require a signature for receipt. For price information about items we refer to our service menu, located near the top of our Web site. Any charges for customs, duties and taxes are not included in the shipment.
Domestic returns (Denmark)
We will accept returns from domestic customers for up to 14 days from the date that your merchandise is delivered. Return items must be sent back new and unworn, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, swimwear. We will not be able to accept returns on swimwear purchases if the tags or hygienic strips have been removed.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we can choose not to refund you your money.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Roclan can refund you only for the merchandise returned. We cannot refund your tax, duty, and Customs fees that were paid at the time of delivery. To obtain a refund of these fees, please refer to the page with your country’s specific information for contacting your local Customs office.
If you should refuse delivery on your Roclan order, if you refuse to pay your Customs fees, or if your package is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it will be returned to sender. You will be responsible for all fees and costs associated with the return package, including shipping fees.

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Roclan. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Warranty claims
All goods sold on Roclan are of high quality and are quality controlled for defects before they are sent off to you. In rare cases of a possibly defect you as an Roclan consumer have a period for giving notice of lack of conformity of 2 year, which means you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This is only granted that claim, of course, is justified.

If Roclan, on receipt of a complaint can not be found any errors on the item, you will not be reimbursed product value. It is therefore important that you, as the customer describe the errors as accurately as possible to us. Remember to enclose a return form in the return package, and possibly a copy of the order because it facilitates our work and turnaround time.
